Catholic Restorative Justice Ministries is an office of the Catholic Diocese of Santa Rosa in California. The Diocese covers six counties of the State of California: Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Mendocino, Napa and Sonoma. The diocesan headquarters -- the Cathedral of St. Eugene and the Diocesan Chancery Office -- is in Santa Rosa.
